FACTS:
Minerals, waste, rubble, sludge, and wood - impurities and extraneous materials are extracted from all of them equally well. The even material distribution on the feeder belt with a width of 1200 or 1600 mm is very important. Depending on the grain belt, the specific gravity difference, and the humidity, the feeder belt is set to match the height and distance to the drum. Now the air volume is regulated and light and heavy materials are separated like magic. The material behavior is checked through the vision panel. It is absolutely crazy how much added value is achieved with air separation. Pollution and high costs are now a thing of the past.
